It is with great sadness that we have to report the death of one of our Life Vice-Presidents, Syd Craven.
 
Syd acted as Results Secretary for several years and was a great supporter of the League. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him
 
 
Website Service
 

The League apologise for the website service being unavailable for the last three weeks. This was outside the League's control.

As a result of the protracted downtime the website domain has now been transferred to another hosting provider and we are now be able to provide our up to date service for the League.

The following teams have notified the League that they will not be competing in the League in Season 2013

East Bierley

Any scheduled fixtures against these teams will now be cancelled.

In the Under 15 Cup Competition Baildon will now get a bye into round 2

In the Under 17 Cup Competition Cleckheaton will now get a bye into round 2

I understand there will be clashes on 5th May & 26th May due to Heavy Woollen League fixtures/ venue clashes. The games scheduled for these dates can be rearrnged within one week either side of the scheduled date.

Player Registration 2013
 
The new player registration system is now up and running, we are vey grateful for the work Eric Young and Derek, at PlayerReg have put in developing this system for our use. We are the first Junior League in the country to use this system.
 
The system is quiet straight forward to use, can I ask all club secretaries for forward the annames and email address's of their nominated League reps, so I can authorise them as users when they first log on. Below is the form you will require the parents to fill in for your players with the necessary consents. This form will also be available to download from the playerReg website in due course. For the information of all clubs, due to being a junior league, we are classed as private so the league can only be viewed one logged onto the site. If any clubs need any assistance regarding the use of the system, please contact either myself or Philip Radcliffe and we will be more than happy to assist.
